G &I Orth Supply Inc. of 393 Avenue X, Ste 2, Brooklyn NY, 11223-6028 made a claim of $3980 for the supply of two 200 intermittent urinary catheter, coude (curved) tip, with or without coating (teflon, Silicone, silico (A4352-KX) to Medicare. The order was made by a Michael A Flicker. The company claimed that they supplied the equipment to me. Medicare paid G &I Orth Supply Inc. the sum of $2488.42 and left $860.80 for which I may be billed. I never ordered the equipment and have never heard of G &I Orth Supply Inc. . I do not know any Michael A Flicker. This is a case of Medicare Fraud.
