Upon placing an order, I selected the appropriate size, but the company sent me a size 3, which is not only incorrect but absolutely unusable. There’s no one I know who would wear a size 3, indicating a possible glitch in their system. Instead of addressing this issue, the company has refused to conduct a simple exchange, despite the fact that the item has never been worn and was only opened to confirm the incorrect size.
Moreover, their customer service is unresponsive, and they seem to employ tactics that pressure customers into making purchases, only to then avoid honoring an even exchange. They even suggested that I buy another pair in addition to what I have, further demonstrating their unwillingness to provide the service I expected when ordering.
This situation isn’t just an inconvenience for me; I believe many others are subjected to similar treatment, making it evident that these practices are not isolated.
I urge the Better Business Bureau to look into this matter, as I believe they are engaging in scam-like behavior, failing to provide adequate customer support, and misleading consumers.
