Giann operated as a social media marketer and consultant. Case studies were given with the impression they were purchased, along with services to consult along with regarding growing your own social media marketing business offering facebook ads marketing services. There was also an agreement that he would refund any and all money under a 3 client guarantee, if you do not land 3 clients with his help he will refund. When asked to cancel services and mention the case studies were never used for its intended purpose, giann agreed to refund the money. After several months, he never answered again, only to send me a "contract" stating the purchase of the case studies was enough, even though through reverse editing it in google docs reveals it was edited days beforehand with a template using another business. This contract is not real and was editing and distributed to me on 11/27/23. I have never received the agreed upon full refund and do not expect to. Giann is not operating as a legitimate business owner nor as an honorable person. I am in contact with another victim of this and we discuss regularly what we could possibly do to receive our money. I personally do not care about it; I only wish for his operation to be shut down as it is deceitful and takes advantage of those wanting to grow their marketing businesses.
