I had the exact same experience with Giantben. I saw a product on Facebook. Copied down the name and went direct to their website. I ordered the product from their "secure" website. Now 2plus months later I am still trying to get a full refund. They did the same to me. Email after email. False tracking numbers. Delay Tactics after Delay Tactics. I filed a complaint with the FTC and will continue to write complaints online. This is a scam company. Here is a link to another complaint just like ours... https://reportscam.com/giantbencom

The exact same problems as the user above! All of the information reported by the user above is my experience.
I am out $42.97
I ordered one product only to find out it was being shipped from China, although the website and subsequent emails stated it was being shipped thru "FedEx".

Eventually I called them out on their outright lies (because anyone knows that FedEx is a US shipping company so GiantBen gets you to believe the product is already on US soil). Then suddenly the product was being shipped and can be tracked through "www.17track.net/en". This bogus tracking gave me the same experience of where the package supposedly is in transit. Multiple locations, multiple dates, bogus time stamps, no item and no further response from GiantBen.
I requested a refund on June 4th, but no one has replied.
I ordered and paid for ONE item April 20th.
It's June 19, 2020.
Item received: 0.
Refund: $0

GIANTBEN IS A WELL CRAFTED SCAM COMING FROM CHINA.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered a product from a Facebook ad tuned out to be from China didn't get product and get generic email messages about it being shipped and tracking information is inconsistent for example arrived at us costumes June 2 arrived at destination June 3 and picked up by USPS from southern California on may 9th
