Type of a scam Online Purchase
They advertised a trial cream and eye cream for just under $10 each. 2 weeks later there were two charges on my credit card for approx. $300. About half from THEROADBETTER and half from YRWAYSIMP. I didn't notice until I was charged another approx $300 the next month. I called Mastercard and they gave me a third party 1-800 number. The person at the 1-800 number explained that because I didn't call back within 14 days (to either confirm or cancel my "subscription") I was charged the full amount of the product. The second charge was for an additional supply of the cream. I cancelled the "subscription" that I had no idea I "agreed to" when I ordered the trial/sample. They gave me an e-mail address to the company which I e-mailed several times asking them to provide the terms and agreement that I accepted. They directed me to their website which has no reference to the 14 days. They advised that they could not refund me anything.
