prepaid to cash is a app company that buys your gift card and cashes you out on cash app PayPal or Venmo and they charge like 17-18% so I filled out all the information with my Visa gift card and they took my $200 off my gift card and then cancel the order and my gift card was used in Minnesota for $199.49 so I've been going back-and-forth with them I've sent him the proof of the misuse of my card when they either scam me and sold it to someone else or someone stole it and I still don't have my money

I went to a website for a giftcard for cash. I insert the information and said that it would exchange for zelle payments. Its been 48 hours and no update. They even said that they would contact in less than 8 hours if there was something wrong. Neither exchange has happened.
