My girlfriend purchased a ragdoll kitten from GiftRagdollKittens.com to be shipped by their shipper "Phoenix Freighting". On the day of shipping, the shipper stated that ASPCA required $1250 as "travel insurance" before the kitten could be boarded. It was utter BS for so many reasons, but they could not even provide a simple picture of the animal as they were preparing him to board.
