Description of ordered item was a beautifully hand painted watercolor portrait of a house. I sent the house image as directed. Months later I received a super cheap frame with a flimsy picture of the house. No painting. No watercolor. Frame doesn’t even close properly. Communication with the company is terrible and they merely offer to refund a percentage of the cost. No mention of why it’s not what was advertised. A big scam.
