Fake gift card! I purchased a gift card for a birthday for a relative and after weeks of waiting I contacted them. They finally sent it and when she went to use it it was canceled by Giftly. Obviously they kept the money and sent a fake card! I contacted their supposed customer service a dozen times just to get the royal run around you can't talk to anyone nor anyone ever calls you no matter how many times you email them with your phone number and a request to please call you. Do not ever use them if you don'twanttolise your money! ! They are a scam company!

Worst card ever - very deceptive. Expire date and amount on front of card makes you think still valid. The TINY print on the back is what is easily missed and a total rip off. BEWARE! 100 card maturing 2024 was worth 15 when I went to use it. Do not use GIFTLY Gift Cards!

For the holidays I thought it would be nice to purchase some hotel giftcards for my in-laws to Ameristar in blackhawk Colorado. When they went to use the card they were turned away and told they do not honor the card purchase through giftly. How embarrassing! Couldn't enjoy the holiday and wasted a day trying to do so. Would never use their services again. And will tell everyone I know the same.

They charged my credit card $212 and I have no idea what giftly is. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company which resulted in cancelling my card and issuing a new one. I have no idea how my card could have been compromised by this business.

Do the first 6 digits of your card start with 442742 , 435546, 451015, 483313? if yes then sorry, your card was compromised by me lol

This’s a SCAM!

Just noticed www.giftly.com sold our gift cards through their site without our approval.

Golden Nails & Spa in Queen Creek AZ never associated with this website.

Please help us to avoid this scam by removing our business from their site.

Needed to send my son monies for groceries. I found the website and noticed right away it said that it has an A+ rating with the BBB. I took it at "face value" and placed an order for a $50 gift card to be delivered INSTANTLY via text so my son could access the funds immediately. My son told me that he will get the gift card in 2-3 weeks. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Once he told me that, I did some checking and found the giftly.com DOES NOT have an ** ****** with the BBB, hence my completing this form. I have also sent an email to the customer service department with giftly.com and will now be disputing the charge on my credit card. They should be ashamed of themselves. While $50 may not be a lot to them, it is a great deal to our family.

I ordered a gift card for someone on Jan. 29th of this year and I checked tracking and it says it has never even shipped and it has been two weeks. Apparently this is a scam I fell for. I am asking to be refunded the money that I paid for this card. Kendrea White

I bought a $75 gift card for a birthday present. When they took the printed gift reciept to the place to spend the money. The place said that the giftly gift card was a scam and they do not affiliate with giftly gift cards.

When I Google searched my business (Confluent Touch) one of the first things to pop up was this giftly.com saying they sell gift cards for my business. They don't. Never heard of them. And I want them to stop immediately.

They said I have been compromised, but I never heard of them or received any gift via them. They want me to respond digitally or via their 800 number, which would allow them to sell my phone number or mine my contact list. Please warn others of this phishing scam. I am a former arbitrator for BBB. Here is what they sent today by mass mailing:

This site allows online e gift cards, which can be transferred to a debit or credit card by the receiver. Initially it seemed a great avenue. But after a month or so, the funds never became available, although their site showed the transaction was complete. The only way to contact them was via an online form. No address or phone contact info could be found. They finally answered via the online form, and promised to refund more than $1000 already processed. Still monitoring to see if the funds are credited back to my credit card account. The charges have already been disputed to my credit card company, and removed from my bill. Now it remains to be seen if giftly follows up on their promise of a refund.
