I ordered 6 items online and only 4 items were sent to me.
The last item sent was of wrong size. A sweater and a pair of jeans are still undelivered.
Paid 26,060 Japanese Yen and no way to contact them and the "[email protected]" they provided is not reachable.

This was an ad that was displayed on Snapchat in order to $125 worth of merchandise and it's been a few weeks haven't heard a single word all their contact info is good their email address doesn't work so I have nothing essentially to to give tracking down.

I ordered about 5 items from this site and when I received them they looked nothing like the photos on the site. The material was not good at all and they were not designed well. I requested a return and they offered only to return 50% of my order and I requested to be fully reimbursed as I didn’t like anything I bought and that there site was misleading. They never replied back and today I discovered they blocked me and had to send an email from my secondary email account.

DO NOT ORDER from Giftmuscle.com This is a SCAM. I placed my order, waited about 3-4 weeks, then checked their website with the confirmation code that I was provided. The order was in processing a month later. I then inquired as to what is going on and if they have inventory. I received no response. A few weeks later I asked them to provide me an update, again no response. Then 2 weeks ago I asked for a full refund, again no response. The captcha on the website was a pain to figure out the letters and numbers, but the inquiry went through. I just called my credit card now and I filed a dispute with them. Please make sure you all do that, if we all do it then Visa, MasterCard etc. won't do business with them and we can ensure this website no longer scams people!

I placed an order more than a month ago about the worth of $78...I got it 40 days later and defective shorts with no buttonholes and 2 shirts 1 big the other small, both of size M.So I contacted them via email as website email is not valid. They answered me that I should keep items and fix myself. I asked to refund me and they said to showthem pics))) I just gave up on them but Im going to make a video on youtube and send them the link about my worst exoerience ever with them.

BE WARNED! TOTAL SCAMMER! I ordered a faux fur hooded coat for $69.99. It should have arrived in 5-8 business days. It’s been a month and a half. I was supposed to receive an email to track my order but was never sent one. There is No way to contact them! The contact email at the bottom of the page... [email protected]... does not work! The security word type In ,keep reading as invalid and my order just keeps saying that my order is being prepared but otherwise I’ve been SCAMMED! Sooo Upsetting!

I ordered about $100 worth of merchandise... almost 3 weeks later & my items were still in “processing” and when I tried to email customer support they have a captcha you have to enter, & it kept telling me it was “invalid” so my email wasn’t going through. Then when I tried emailing Service@giftmuscle. (Or whatever the email at the bottom of the page is) I kept getting a message saying the email was invalid all in all I wanted a refund but check their policy if you cancel an order after 24 hours they still charge a 15% fee mind you I was only returned $35 from $100 ! I’m not the best at math but I know $35 from 100 is not 15%

Don’t buy on this company or any Chinese coming clothing items, I purchased $12,000 on clothing and never arrived after one moth. They don’t send you emails and they delete your account where your purchased the order. This company lies saying that they are base in USA but they are not! They base in China. I ordered a lush multilayered fur coat.

Instead I received a terrible looking and poorly made counterfeit that looks and feels nothing like the product sold there website.

The item would cost more to return then what I spent for the item and shipping cost that wasn't met either.
Also the return address doesn't compute with the country origin or address it was sent from.

I ordered 3 tshirts all totalling to 69.25 cents the company was listed as Gift Muscle on Facebook but is ran by a conpany named Orderplus Internation Limited which has been reported previously for scamming itself consumers with high prices on products but not delivering to what was advertised.
