I ordered " judy blue" jeans . When they arrived , they were horrible. Scratchy ugly denim with terrible unflattering cut. NOT what was shown on the web site at all . I emailed that I would like to return all. I was offered a 15% discount to keep them . I did not accept . Another email saying they had asked about a larger discount , but could not give it to me . Latest Email from them as follows

- Kindly note that we only refund fully if you return back to our warehouse address at your cost. Once receiving the return parcel, we will send you the refund.

Here is the warehouse address:

R2A Royal city, Thanh Xuan district, Ha Noi city, Viet Nam

Zip Code: 100000

Note: Returning the product to another address is not eligible for a refund.

Please note that returning the item would involve not only a high shipping cost which is $35-$45 but alsotime and effort on your part, and we would like to avoid any further inconvenience for you.

In case you change your mind, we hope that you could reconsider our offer of 15% refund to keep this order since we did try our best to find out a better solution for both of us.
