In November 2019, a representative of Giftpax talked to me about getting a gift card code to redeem online worth twice the amount that I donate to the breast cancer awareness group. I typed my email address on the tablet the representative had.

I never got the code but every time I tried to reach out to Giftpax online, one of their staff would say they sent the code to me. I searched my email but I never got the code.

I used an app for my debit card to report that Giftpax never gave me the code and I need the money back. Giftpax never donated to the breast cancer awareness group, the description has Giftpax in the title.
