I ordered tires from Giga Tires LLC via walmart app. they got “shipped” out the same day i purchased and the tracking never moved. they are just sitting at fedex with no update. i emailed 3 separate times and customer service can’t help because i purchased the tires via vendor online. i was told to wait on a email to know what’s going on. i haven’t heard anything back in 3 days. a lot of reviews stated this happening to them or not getting the correct tire. they should not be conducting business if this is how it’s done. people don’t have time or money to waste. if i wanted to give my money away, i’d give it to a charity.
