Ordered a Xbox series x from Giga electronic store. I had to reach out to the “company” to get the shipping tracking info. Then was called on my cell phone at 4am same time zone as said company and told there is a shipping hold on my order unless I pay $850 for fedex shipping insurance and sent a fake fedex receipt also the original shipping company is a Philippines based company not even in the US.. when I asked for a refund I was laughed at.
