Attempted purchase of a supposed 12 week old Basset Hound puppy. Used Wal Mart money wire process for $600.00. Once the money was wired a supposed shipping company "Skyline Shipping Company ." Complications included weather delays, an alleged special crate requiring more money, etc. No puppy received.
