I was desperate to find a webcam for working at home - sold out everywhere, I found what I needed on this website and ordered it with PAYPAL. As soon as the charge was going through I noticed a funny name and e-mail address come up - not the name of the company.  I immediately asked for a refund by emailing them. Their email address is fake, their phone number is fake. The charge was for 62.99 and free shipping. To make matters worse - the next day they charged me for shipping for a total of 72.43 - and added a tracking number. It showed the package being delivered on 6/6 - before I even ordered it!. The address of the business spells Los Angeles wrong.  I looked at a map and it is a small ramshackle house.  I also sent them a request for my money via PAYPAL with no response. I filed a complaint with PAYPAL and told me to enjoy the item.  I contacted AMEX and they said they could help once PAYPAY processed the charge.  I know this is not a lot of money - but I don't want them to do this to anyone else!
