I ordered a blow up water slide from this company in June and they took my money immediately out of my account. I have emailed numerous times and received emails at first but not receiving nothing back. They took my money and never got product.

I placed an order on 6/29/19 for the Splish Splash Water Park. Total cost with shipping was $23.08. I received a confirmation of my order and was told I would be notified when my order shipped. After 10 days of hearing nothing I emailed them to find out what was going on with my order. They said they had an overwhelming response to their product and they were waiting for another shipment to come in. I emailed them back and told them I wanted my order canceled and for them to refund me. They emailed me back and said they were submitting my request and that I would would hear from them. After waiting 2 weeks I emailed them back. On 8/22/19 I was notified in an email that that address could no longer be found. Apparently they closed up shop and took my money along with many other people who have complained about them.

I saw an advertisement from “Gimme Gimme” for children’s outdoor water inflatables on Facebook, clicked onto the website and ordered 2 products. I paid with a credit card and received a confirmation email. Weeks went by, I contacted the company via email and was told they were out of stock and I would receive tracking for my order as soon as new stock was received. I was also given a coupon for a future purchase (HA!). More time went by and I decided to check their Facebook page where I saw many unhappy reviews from “customers” who also never received their products after paying. I emailed them again to request a refund and obviously never heard back from them again. I have disputed the charges on my credit card. I left several comments on Facebook to warn others and they were promptly deleted. This company is obviously a fake with no actual products.

On May 3rd I purchased a product from GIMME GIMME via an Instagram advertisement and paid via PayPal. I never received the product and the support email has become inoperable.

When making inquiries I was repeatedly told there was a high demand for the product and they were backlogged. As I persisted I was told the product shipped and was given a tracking number. The tracking number eventually showed it arriving at the port of Los Angeles. After even more delay and inquiries the support email suddenly stopped working.

This is a scam!

I found this website on facebook, selling a kids water inflatable. They also sell other things but I bought the inflatable and sent my money and waited, and waited and over a month later, no response. They did send me an automated response and made me wait again. I then researched the company and found a whole lot of other people have fallen victim to the same company. I then realized that I was a victim of a facebook scam. I feel violated and angry that this happened to me and want to warn others not to fall into the same scam.

I have purchased an item from them and never received it. It has been over 2 months. After further digging they have a facebook page with multiple complaints of the same. They continue to say it is coming, but cannot give me a timeline. I actually got a "tracking number" of some sort for some shipping company out of Laos that tracked it briefly (supposedly) with no update in over a month. States it is no longer tracking on their website. Apparently this has happened to others too. When you contact them via email (the only way I can contact them) you get a canend message that there are high volumes and the product is still coming, completely ignoring the fact that they supposedly shipped it.
