I saw an ad for Givanvito.com on Facebook. They were advertising discounted name brand kitchen appliances. I ordered a microwave & mixer for $9.99 each and used a 20% coupon code from their home page. The total initially showed to me was for approx $16, but my credit card was charged $98 dollars with the charge coming from "CIXHCV BEI JING SHI be". I never received a confirmation of sale. I emailed their customer service address and got no reply. When I signed into my account to see if there was any additional confirmation or contact information, I see that they have it listed as 6 items purchased (instead of 2) and a total of $189.35 instead of $15.98. Original purchase was made early July and now 4 months later, although it shows progress on my shipment online, I have not received any products and my credit card company seems to be unable to contact them to dispute the charge.
