The app I use for golf (Golfshot GPS) had a message to complete a survey for feedback for their app. I responded earlier this evening. The feedback seemed legit, offered a chance to win a free ipad, just pay $9.95 for shipping. Completed the survey, it said I was eligible for the ipad, paid the $9.95, checked the credit card later in the evening and saw an additional charge of $149.99 on it. I've locked the card and disputed the charge.
