Ordered a DNA testing kit as a gift to be shipped to another address. My card was charged. Two weeks later I get an email saying the item I purchased was out of stock and they over sold by the time my item was to ship. They stated they would issue a refund and it would take 14 - 21 days based on my cards processing cycle. It has now been well over 30 days and no refund. I pull up the website and it no longer exists. In addition the email saying I was getting a refund has not responded two three email messages sent

I placed an order for a DNA genetic testing kit from this company on 4/20/18. Their website, at that time, promised that I would receive the product within 7-14 days. I received a 'receipt' stating I would receive the product within 7-21 days. I became suspicious about the company when I received a receipt from them. The text in parapharenses below was on the receipt. They requested that I not contact my bank before I contacted them, which I found to be very suspicious. As you can see, there is incorrect English grammar.

"If you can not receive your order in the expected time, firstly please contact us so that we can track it for you and find the reason. It is not a better way to open a case on your bank, and then contact us. Surely we will give you the best solution if you could not receive your order on time. Your great patience and understanding will be much appreciated."

I would be happy to provide a copy of the entire receipt upon request, but will not provide it here as it contains personal information. I am requesting that my state and zip code not be shared publicly.

I sent the company 2 emails regarding the fact that I did not receive the product, and received no response. I called their phone # and received a message that their information had not been "set up" yet.

I never received the product. My credit card company refunded the amount of money I was charged after they did their own investigation.
