On Oct 8, 2019, I submitted an inquiry on the Giving Company's website to address my suspicion and confirm if their company was indeed hiring. This is what I received:

Thank you for reaching out to us here at Giving Company.

We have received several inquiries like yours lately. Regrettably, we are not looking to hire anyone at this time and have posted no open positions with Indeed; so, I am not sure that you have reached the correct company/organization. I am reaching back out so that you can follow-up with Indeed or the correct company.

We wish you the best in your endeavors.

Sincerely,

George

Giving Company

After I reached out the the Giving Company to find that they were not hiring and had no knowledge of Robert Anderson, I did not respond any longer to the alleged "Robert Anderson". However, on Oct 10, 2019 at 3:15 pm, Robert Anderson informed me via text that the check was in the mail and asked me to "kindly" deposit the check and let him know when the funds would be available. As he had stated, a cashiers check in the amount of $3,780 had arrived via USPS. The sender on the envelope was Lucas Morea 1350 E. Flamingo Rd Ste 818, Las Vegas, NV 89119-5263. The cashiers check was from BancFirst from Lori Angstman but was signed by two different signatures. I ignored Robert Anderson's request only for him to reach back out to me via text on Oct 11 , 2019 at 11:35 am to ask me when was I going to cash it and when were the funds going to be available. I responded to him that I knew that he was a phisher and Giving Company had no knowledge of him. I advised him that I had turned the check over to the authorities and to no longer contact me
