To whom it may concern,
I purchased a Samsung Phone cover back in January. My purchase never came in so I emailed several times to ask them where my purchase is. I never heard back from them. After a while I was not even able to click onto the purchase link because the site did not exist. After several months I wanted to check to see if I was able to click onto my purchase and the site was running again.
I have attached some of my emails to the company as well as my purchase order.
Can you please help me?
I am not happy with the lack of communication with this company.
I have added as much information as I can. I do live in Australia in Melbourne. Instead of attaching a photo of my purchase i have attached a copy of the address where i purchased my Smart Case For Samsung Galaxy Phones - 5 Hour 500,000 Customer Celebration

I have now lost count on how many emails i have sent to this company to say that the item i purchased back in January still has not arrived. I want is a full refund if my purchase and i am really not happy at all with the lack of response in regards to my purchase and complaints
Can someone form the company please contact me to let me know what is happening. Just to let you know because of the lack of response from the company i have also informed the authorities about me situation.
