I had just purchased a used hose and needed replacement parts so I went searching on Google and found what was listed as customer service for the maker of This hose reel. Site was verified and every thing was set up properly. The only thing that gave them away was the push for me to pay for a free gift card that I had "won" And all I had to do was give them my credit card or debit card to pay a shipping charge. He was insistent to give me this card because it could save me so much money and all I wanted were the replacement parts. I told him no five separate times and he kept pushing his spouted out a number and said someone would be connected to me for my parts. He then hung up on me. When I called the number back that he had given them, it was a private individual that had no clue what this guy was talking about. So I called the Original number back. A woman picked up and I asked her what company she worked with She responded the prize patrol! So much for the hose company!
