I paid for hair extensions on 9/30/20 and I never received my order I got nothing more than an order confirmation. When I reached out to them they never responded, I direct messaged them the never responded; though they seen the message and they deleted my comment requesting information. They set their website through Etsy and when I reached out to Etsy they said that that company’s account is no longer active. They (Hair bar Miami) made post as if people were attacking them but I realize people were exposing them and they don’t want to get caught. They also deleted my comments and blocked me on Instagram. Etsy is issuing me a refund but in order to prevent this from going further I felt it needed to be reported because I don’t appreciate this whole experience
