Bought a course for waxing and made a $50 deposit online. Took course and at time of certification they “ran out” of paper to print certifications so they had us leave our address. Weeks went by nothing so I contacted through social media, only way to really contact them since they never answer the phone. They said they would send one because they never got around to it. Waited and nothing so I contacted them again and now every time I try to at least get my certificate I can never get an answer back. I have tried to go during their business hours and can never find them in. The store front looked like they had cleared out the merchandise.
