I had ordered from their website on October 4th and got a total of 7 items which cost me roughly 175 dollars. At first when I attempted to pay for my items the website refreshed and told me my card information was incorrect. I then checked my checking account through my banking app and saw my card was charges 3 times and the payment did go through, I then called my bank and the charges were removed. I downloaded the route app to track my order and was relieved that I wasn't actually charged 3 times. The end of October is approaching and I have no package and no updates on the Route App. I have attempted to email them about any updates with my order and have been ignored all I want is my money back at this point. and since any attempt of trying to contact them is a dead end I'm disputing the charge as fraud.

Taking money for products they are not shipping out. Have been waiting on an item since May but there has been no attempt to ship it out
