I first saw an ad for their products on Facebook. Their website seemed okay, so I went ahead and purchased one item. I received an order confirmation e-mail so I thought everything was okay. The e-mail told me to wait about 5-7 business days because of delays related to the holidays and COVID. Long story short, I waited for a long time and was given two invalid tracking numbers in the process. I tried to contact customer service in order to ask for assistance with my tracking number. The website instructed me to e-mail support. When I e-mailed support, I was instructed to go to the support section of the website and submit a ticket. I did so, and was directed to a chatbot who directed me to the FAQ section. At the end of the conversation with the chatbot, I was offered an option that said "Talk to a human." I selected that and nothing came of it. Never received my product... and nonexistent customer service.
