i purchased from this company 2019 the product did not work so i unsubscribed they took money out of my account back in spring i messaged them again in march to unsubscribe and a email was sent now its nov 2020 they took money out again and i told them to put the money back gave me a 10 day grace period .and its been almost 20 days when i reach out they keep telling me they looking into it i called the bank and they also did not receive anything from them i have every email sent .so when i write reviews they delete them
