I ordered a 100 inch projector screen 5/15/2020 I used my bank card to purchase the item. They took 90.00 out my account. I recieved a tracking number the next day. A week or two later no product. I reached out to the company and received a text message saying it's coming give it more time. I talked to a guy claiming to be Johnny he said with covid 19 going on the mail was taking longer than normal. By the 3rd week my old lady sent them an email stressing her concerns. I haven't been able to get them to reply since. It's upsetting I ordered this item for my daughter's birthday party and never received it. I want my money back now. Whatever you do don't give these people your money or any of your information.
