I purchased a puppy from puppypalacedachshands.com. They were to ship it to me in Des Moines Iowa. I was notified by Global Animal Airways that I needed to send 2300 for a Ventilated Pet Crate and they ranged from 2300 to 2999. I paid the 2300 in American Express Prepaid Cards because Zelle wanted to put a hold on it. They came back and said that crate was not available, so I needed to send another 699 for the 3rd option. I did. Then they called back and said I needed to pay 1000 for pet insurance. Again I sent the prepaid cards. They didn't get the dog shipped so they came back and said that I needed to send another 1000 for feeding and accommodations. I sent that then they came back and said I needed to send another 1000 that was not refundable. They sent me information on the Global Animal Airways site to track and it looked like they had the animal booked to fly out but they didn't saying they needed that 1000. I believe that they are working with the Puppy Palace Dachshunds in the scam. The emails were coming from [email protected] and the phone number used was 925-388-7891 and he said his name was Edmond Frank. The other person that I talked to was a Michael Larry at 720-604-6608.
