While attempting to activate Amazon Prime video on my smart TV I was promoted to call 833-353-0540. I was connected to a technician who confirmed that an upgrade was required and various codes were sent to my television. It was confirmed that I was already an Amazon Prime customer and he went on to explain that for a payment of $109.00 I could get movies on unlimited devices for 5 years. Initially I said no but he convinced me to enroll. After confirming that the streaming is horrible I called the number he provided 833-233-5303 ext 412 Allen Walls and the number was a constant busy. Following the call I was sent a contract via Docu Sign. When I tried the numbers included in the contract they were invalid. I provided my Visa card number to make the payment. I’ve already disputed the charge with Visa.
