I called to ask about my car loan. The man on the line said he understood my concern, and was happy to share I had called during their 100th birthday celebration so I would receive a $100 gift card. All I had to do was give him the address to send it to. I gave my address, then he said I was supposed responsible for the shipping fee of 3.99. Would I like to put that on a debit or visa? I said no thank you, I would bypass the gift card and not give a card. I just wanted to inquire on my car loan. He said he understood my concern, would I like to use a different card. When I said no, he hung up.
