I run a youtube channel and so have lots of Facebook "friends" who seek my advice. I immediately recognized this as a scam solicitation, so have been playing along to see what information I could find. Here is a copy of the correspondence, complete with a FB page, using first names only. Additionally, I used "tineye" to do a reverse lookup and found the image of a man in a camel-colored suit was taken from a Yale alumni site; I could not locate the owner of the other image used on the link.

Connie: Hello

Suzy: Hi!

Connie: How are you doing

Suzy: I'm well. You?

Connie: I'm doing good and really happy for the new changes in my life guess what

Suzy: What?

Connie: Are you aware of ggf monetary PROGRAM

Suzy: No. What's that?

Connie: It's a new program not yet announced publicly to help maintain the standard of living and eradicate poverty and they are helping with £200000 so i thought i would see if you've gotten your winnings already

Suzy: No. If it's not announced yet, how did you get any money?

Connie: I contacted the agent in charge to claim my winnings

Connie: Should i share you their online claiming page so that you can also claim your WINNINGS

Suzy: Awesome! Thanks for thinking of me!

That is the link of the agent in charge click on it and send him friend request he will get back to immediately and ask if you want to claim your winnings

Connie: Have you contact him

Suzy: Not yet. I have to get the kids off to school first.

Connie: Ok
