this entity caused my pc to freeze up. they said this was caused by a virus. i could not get to any part of my pc to see if there really was a problem because thy somehow locked it up. then they said they could run diagnostics to fix it for a price. they origionally asked for $700.00 for lifetime coverage. i said no, just fix the pc. well they kept trying to get money, i finally had t o pay $169.99. after 2 hours of their taking control of my pc i finally got my pc back in my control. the Oregon district attorney suggested i get my pc looked at by a qualified repair tech. they also wiped out all the virus/malware protection i had. so not only have they got h $169.99 but i have to pay to correct what they did.
