Unfortunately, 3 weeks later (not 3~7days!) I received the 5 masks only to find out that Global-hot sales sent me 5-KN95 masks which are inferior in regards to filtration of micro particles compared to NIOSH approved N-95 masks... Specifically the Corona virus. I immediately contacted global-hot sales by email and a representative who calls himself Niko/JH responded several days later by writing to me that they would refund an amount of $12.35 (not the original $15.99 that I paid!) for not sending the masks by Express shipping. After so much aggravation dealing with Niko/JH and Global- hot sales I agreed to accept the $12.35 refund in order to get back what I can and not have to deal with them anymore. Niko stated in the email that it would take up to 10 days for the $12.35 refund amount would be credited to my Visa credit card account... Unfortunately it's been 3 weeks since Niko's promise to refund the amount and also his refusal to respond to my emails. It's unfortunate that I assumed that global-hot sales was a legitimate company selling good products but obviously they are scammers and not true business people.?Gary
Products are very poor quality
misrepresented on the images and description
and when you try to return ...according to their policy their are required for you to ship to China or offering to credit no more than 15-20% of the amount you paid...
in my case i had an item for 50$
on the email they admitted that item was represented, but offer me to credit back $20 or ship to address in China
