This company offered discount Marriott Convention Center New Orleans hotel rooms ($125 each, $300+ regular market price) 20 days before the event, when all rooms at all hotels are in short supply, the price increases to $379 each, which was paid.

Three days before the event I called to cancel two reservations, I was told that was impossible, no refund was possible because the agency had paid for the rooms.

Why was I surprised when I arrived at the Marriott Convention Center Hotel to find that my reservation was eleven blocks away at the Marriott Downtown
