Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
received a call froma man names John Shell- a "Supply Representative"- telling me he was locking me at the old price for our office toner for our copier, an MP 2555 Lanier, at $439.00 for the next year. He told me the toner went up $29.00 so he was locking me into the old price.
I had a follow up phone call from a man names Zeth (or Seth) about the shipment. He gave me his number at 866-891-6221. When I try to call either 866 number I never get a live person, only to leave a message.I called to cancel or refuse the shipment. I called my copier company to ask what is going on and they told me it was a scam and that it was not them calling me.
I did not give them a cc number over the phone but I am afraid they are going ot bill us and then take us to court over not paying the bill!!
HELP!!
