I was called by a man claiming he was Mark Merchant with Global international informing me that i had won $7.5 million. I asked what is Global International and he told me it was a lottery. I asked how I could win if i never bought a ticket. He told me they don't sell tickets. they pick people who pay there bills on time and shop at various stores like Walmart and others. He then goes on to tell me i won a couple bonus prizes. One of them was a 2018 Mercedes. He told me all i had to do is go to a Bank of America and pay the shipping and handling which would be about $400 and they would be by within the hour with the car and a check. And at that time the shipping and handling fee would be refunded. He also told me that the prize money is totally tax free.
