a voice message was left on my phone stating $1200 was going to be taken out of my account if I didn't cancel my contract with them for IT service. I called the # and the man I spoke to repeated the message that was left and I informed that I never acquired or signed a contract with Global IT or IT Global and I was not going to give them my personal information and that his call was a scam & that I was going to report him to the BBB. He became hostile & said we are with the ScamPulse.com all you need to do is cancel the contract. I which time I repeated I don't have a contract with your company but since the call is recorded cancel the contract. At which time he yelled you have to fill out a canceling form over the phone. I stated I'm reporting your to the ScamPulse.com and hung the phone up.

On 3/19/21 @ 12:28pm, received a call from this ph # that I did not answer - I did not recognize the # so let it go to voice mail.

"$149 is going to be charged from your checking account or plastic card which is attached in our system for auto renewal of your subscription. If you want to cancel the subscription, kindly call us @ 208-722-1021. Thank you and have a wonderful day."

I never responded. I contacted my bank regarding this and took precautions to avoid problems.

I HAVE NO IT SUBCRIPTION TO RENEW. THEY WANTED MY CREDIT CARD OR CHECKING ON FILE?

i CALLED THE # AND ASKED THE NAME OF COMPANY. THEY HUNG UP.

I received a robocall from Global IT saying they charged my account $349 for a renewal of services. When I called for more info the man who answered hung up the phone.

Robo voice says my account will be charged if I do not call this number about my subscription. (I do not have a subscription).

They are calling from Genessee, Idaho. They leave voice messages, as I will not answer.

The call said they would be billing my checking or plastic card for 349.00. I called the number and told them no! They said if you want to cancel

you will need to go to your computer and put in www.ultraviewer.net. He tried to get me to click on info I told him no I was not going to click on anything that would allow someone to take over my computer. He says Trust ME I am not going to take over your computer I need to send you the cancel form. He says you've had the service since 2016. I asked what it was he said security for your computer. I said no, no, I do not

have global it for security. I said I will not press anything to allow anyone access to my computer. He then hung up on me.

I must say also upon calling the first time they hung up on me after I told them I don't have Global IT, the second time there was alot of back ground noise I kept saying, who is this.

recieved a call from Amy of GLOBAL IT. was informed services were not running on the computer, which i wasnt on. got some information though before forwarding it on here there call back number was given to me as 18002011981
