A Savanna Reaksmey Scrum at *** ** *** ***, Fresno CA 93702 phone #530-426-2498 reached out via Facebook Messenger regarding a puppy purchase. Consumer purchased a puppy and it was to be shipped by Global Jet Express after consumer paid $700 via money gram to Savanna at address A*** *** Fresno Ca 93717. Puppy was shipped through Global Jet Express, but they wanted an additional $2000 for deposit on "special crate". Called Savanna to receive refund due to him not being able to pay the deposit and the shipping company would not release the dog without the deposit. She stated that there were no refunds.
