If you get a phone call from a group claiming they are Global Mediation Group don’t by into their scam. They claim they are a debt collector but won’t tell you who they are collecting for nor will the debt amount match any debt you have if any. They ask for personal information. They will call over and over and leave voicemails but won’t explain anything. They just expect you to give over your personal information.

I have never received a piece of mail form this or anyone else stating I owe anyone money. My credit is excellent. I pay my bills. I received a threatening voice mail from this company threatening me with legal action, stating I was being uncooperative (I've never once received a call or letter from them or anyone else) and that they will be reporting me to my jurisdiction (which makes no sense) if I dont call them by the end of the day. I initially was going to call and inquire what this was about but thankfully I looked them and the phone number up online and found so many identical versions of what just happened to me that I blocked the number. I fear if they get a hold of someone elderly or who doesn't check on them first they will scam them into giving personal information and/or money.

Someone needs to shut these people down with all the complaints and identical phishing they are doing over the phone. They refuse to give any information about the supposed debt and are not complying with FDCPA guidelines.

They do not tell you any information they just say you owe a debt and are being un cooperative and they are turning it over to the property authorities ?

Repeatedly leaving threatening messages over the last several months that this is my last chance before I am reported as 'uncooperative' and charges are filed. No identification of who they are representing, where, or why.

I get these calls about once a week. Threatening to take legal action because I am not complying to something. The Caller never states what this is in reference to. SCAM for sure. I just wonder how they get my number.

Didn't says much to contact back they were going to contact the proper authorities an I would be arrested. Didn't say what the debt was for about or how much. I don't take kind most of my debts are being handled slowly all but one. An they over looked a broken foot for 3 months an won't get another penny for damages I live with.

I have received several phone calls and voicemails from this same "Global Mediation Group". They leave me very threatening voicemails stating that I have a law suit against me and gives me a reference number to call back immediately. This same number called both my mother and brother this afternoon and the person was requesting personal and contact information about me. When I looked these phone numbers up on ScamPulse.com and reverse look-up yellow pages.. all sources seem to say this is a scam. Beware

This company keeps calling me and it's bogus.

Here is the voicemail transcript provided by my phone...

"The final courtesy call from Global mediation group. We have now been forced to report that you have been uncooperative in the findings against you if we do not hear from either yourself or representing Council today. We will unfortunately be left with no recourse other than to report your non-compliance in this issue to our client for further proceedings. Our phone number here is 103-808-0985. Again, you would need to reach us at 100-833-8895. Thank you, and have a great day."

I recieved a single phone from someone claiming to be from this business. The entire voicemail was vague saying multiple attempts have gone unanswered and they would begin legal proceedings if I didn't respond. They referred to their client as their client and not a specific company

The number on my caller ID was local but the number on the voicemail changed twice. First ending on 9805 then ending 0985
