7/25/19 I was working on my computer when it froze up and a big box appeared (may have been my whole screen) looking like a very official Microsoft add and it said Microsoft with all of their colors and all and it offered help. I called and a foreign sounding man with a really strong like Lebanese accent and was extremely rude as time went on, especially when I became suspicious and began asking a lot of questions. By this time he was already in both of my computers, had me enter info and do things and then was doing things on my computer before my eyes-moving things, etc... He said his name was James Wilson (a phone number I have for him 248-232-3435). I also have the supposed co. 800 # which may have been the one I first called that may have appeared on this supposed Microsoft Screen for help (800) 657-1707. He told me I needed 3 things: Advanced Optimizer costing $49.99, a Turbo Cleaner $39.99 and Anti hacking Tools for $99.99 that he could sell me. HE KEPT TELLING ME IT WAS NO VIRUS, BUT A HACKING ATTACK-WHY MY COMPUTER FROZE. He said if I didn't buy these things I would loose everything once I got off the phone with him. He gave me a case id-T-37386. I also documented he was telling me on my computers these things existed: Criticality-At (High Risk) and Issue: Network Security Comprised/Devices Infected/Hackers Found (& foreign addresses). He even lied and went as far as telling me that at 2:36 am we had documented pornography on our computers. He told me that there are a lot of junk on these sites and don't click on websites that pop up.

On 7/26 I called my credit union immediately re: this and also never opened my computers (what my tech guy told me because they can then be like cameras and they an see your house on the other end or watch you-a constant video) and had him clean them out.)

I called the 800 6571707 number and another man answered and said James Wilson was his microsoft technician .

Another time I called the 248-232-3435 and it was him, the same man's voice that tried to scam me (got in my computers, tried to get me to buy programs from him to fix my supposed hacking problems, when he's the one that froze my computer, so he could get into my bank accounts I feel and also possibly watch us on the computers or our home). I talked to this James Wilson and I told him he cost me a lot of money with his scam, luckily I didn't buy any supposed services he offered, but had to pay like $100 to have both of my computers wiped out, so he couldn't get to any of my bank info./accounts. I told him I was reporting his name and number to the police, which I did not really do but wanted him to believe I did.

I called the 248-232-3435 # today, 6/18/20, and it was no longer a number, so I called the 800 #. This guy told me they had several complaints/calls-so they closed the 248 # and everyone has to call this 800 # and there are extensions. I asked for James Wilson and then he said he could not give out extensions. Then I told him who I was and how I told James before that I reported him to the law and that today I am reporting this 800 # also to the BBB. He became really rude saying things to me like James did that no professional would ever say. Like don't worry about me, worry about yourself and when I said I hope they go to jail, he said something like I should and I told him I am not crooked doing things like this to people. Both men were very nasty and disrespectful once they didn't trick me and didn't like my questions.

Hope these crooks are found and arrested.
