Anyway, I choose the 24 member encryption package because I wanted my client's information kept safe. I take payment with credit cards. So before I received this service, I was asked to pay the $2299.99. These people still had control of my computer because they sent me a link to give them access. They also showed me google ratings and their website, Global Mind IT Services. They entered my on-line banking and setup a zelle account and sent an amount that escapes me, but they canceled it. They said it was taking to long for the transfer to go through, so they sent another one, same thing happened. They said they would cancel it, but did not. Instead they sent an on-line check to cover the costs of the service.
The next day, I called them up and stated that they double charged me, which they stated back that they will look into it with their accounting department. After a number of days, the reached back out to me, but I was in the field, not near my computer. August 20, they called me early evening and said that I paid a double payment and started to refund me money. They somehow showed me through my on-line bank account that funds were transferred. However, the on-line bank statement showed a pending deposit of $24,000. I told them that they added a zero, to which they stated that they wanted me to refund them $19,000 for the error by wire transfer. They printing out the amount it showed in my bank account, which indicated the additional $24,000. So I stayed on the phone with the person and went to the bank to transfer the funds. When I got back to the office, I look at my on-line statement with them still on the phone with me. This time the pending transaction had disappeared and a debt of $19,000 was pending. I told the person on the phone with me of my concerns. They told me that it takes about a day to show the transaction. I told them that I was not satisfied with the explanation but was told over and over again that there was no problem. They tried to assure me that it would be fine. It was to much for me to handle throughout the evening, so I called Chase Bank's hotline and tried to put a hold on the transfer. Chase Bank stated that only the branch was able to help me. When I woke up August 21, I looked at my on-line bank account and noticed that the transfer was still pending. I called the person who I believe had betrayed me and told him of my concerns, but he still maintained his belief that it was going to be okay. As soon as I got into my office, he still controlled my computer and showed me that I had a balance of the amount which included the pending transaction of $24,000. I did not see the same balance on my iPhone, so I went to the bank and started to put a hold on the wire transfer or at least report the fraud. Chase Bank restricted my account and showed me my statement and asked if any of the transactions were authorized. I notice another Zelle payment of $800.00 to Tong Mou, which I did not see there earlier that morning.
