Alarm went off in my computer I couldn’t stop alarm or in freeze computer. A telephone number came up to call with a Microsoft Header for computer repair I called it snd they said they were technicians hired by Microsoft to repairThey got permission from to go into my computer to fix and unfroze it but also installed spyware on it They charged me $599 to do this. I became suspicious when I saw they installed icons on my desktop and called McAfee security and they informed me I had. Network Breech and was scammed. Valuable & costly lesson learned Microsoft will never give you a number to call. Purchase a virus protection plan that also protects your private information
