Turning the bill over, I see their "Term and Conditions" -- "The offer that you have received is just an offer and not a bill or invoice and you are under no obligation to either buy or renew at this time or any time in the future. However, you can enjoy all the benefits of having our company manage all of your magazine subscriptions......." They seem to think this protects them from liability, but I consider it a deceptive lie: It is an invoice and it is asking for payment of money. Many people will not be observant enough to look at the back of the invoice to see it's a trick.
