The sale was for a transmission for a lawn mower. He was supposedly a junk and tool dealer in NY. He insisted on friend and family payment in PayPal so he could use $ for shipping. Also he wanted screenshots confirming. He posted fake receipts for shipping and insurance along with a tracking number through a “fraud company website” globaltrackingagency.com who then wanted me to pay an additional 150 for insurance which I refused. After confronting the individual they deleted or blocked me from their profile on Facebook. I have reported to PayPal and my financial institution.
