Today 6/28, I realized that I hadn't logged on to add the flight info to my calendar. I logged onto Southwest and there was no flight info showing for upcoming flights. I called Southwest (a different number) the agent researched and found no flight info for me on any upcoming flights. I read the email to her and she verified that Southwest does not send that kind of email and verified that there is no fee to extend the expiration date of funds. I went to my Credit card which I used and found a phone number. I called 800-801-4358 - they answered Reservations - I explained- they transferred me to Adam. I asked how they knew who I spoke to as I hadn't given them any info today. He replied by my phone number. Adam came on the line and I began questioning and told him I want a refund, he was saying things like, not to worry he will take care of me, he will fix it, etc. He said I could get a refund. I asked him who he worked for and if he worked for Southwest and he hung up on me. I disputed the Credit Card transaction which shows up on the statement as AIRLINECHARGE SOUTHWES 800-8014358 TX 75001 US clearing my account on 6/15/22 for 188.98.
Southwest Airlines confirmed that I was the 2nd case today for this Rep from the exact same scam.
