my computer had the same freeze up and to call 1 888-44-1091, like a fool I called and then they did have access to my computer which was my own fault of signing in to an ip vieweron their end she kept going thru these tests saying this is your ip address correct and see all the programs running on your computer those are people trying to access your computer ! Her name was Aleena Ray she claimed they are with Microsoft and a independent working with Microsoft--I should have known, anyway she claimed they would need to clean my network, clean the ip, clean all devices remove foreign address, remove trojan and remove infected virus and trojan--proceeded to bring up a screen where she asked for me to enter my name address etc--I immediately hung up and hoped she had not gained too much information, I have changed passwords and not being really computer smart that is about what I have done..Now not sure where I stand,

My computer locked up, and a number was presented for me to call to fix the problem. They claimed they fixed the problem, but then I owed them money for that $299.99 for fixing my computer OR I could get a lifetime protection for $1200. I gave them a check for $1200 then stopped the payment of the check when I had a chance to research the company and found unfavorable reports. Then they called and said I was going to be reported to a collection agent, my life would be ruined, and I should pay the $299.99.

My computer was suddenly taken over by a site with telephone number to call. I called the number (1-888-309-0788) and a man identifying himself as Logan Ray said my WiFi router was corrupted by a trojan malware. My banking and all other info was at risk. He had complete control of my computer and was quickly flashing code and pages across my screen. I was so confused and scared about my info being at risk as I am on a fixed income and need my finances safe. This went on for quite awhile and after about 90 minutes he had convinced me to not only give him passwords but a credit card number to correct this problem. He identified the company he was with as Global Bytes IP Solutions and said he needed to clean my WiFi router and that I would need to install a Firewall to prevent this from happening in the future. The cost was $499.00. At first he wanted my bank information but I refused so he agreed to accept a credit card. I was physically sick by this time. He and a man named Alex Wilson were the ones who did this. It was quite late at night by this time and I tried to go to bed after I hung up. Then the telephone calls started. I have a list of 6 numbers that were used to call me. I finally had to turn off the ringer on my phone. I have since learned form my credit card company that they tried to collect the $499 twice but were blocked from doing so. The charge on my credit card listed as SirFozz Design in Saratoga Springs Utah. The phone numbers used are:
