Its a pet carrying service a lady I was purchasing a dog from on Facebook was using and they came back to me saying I needed to buy insurance to ship the dog, then half way thru they said that the crate is in bad shape and needs to be replace for 400 and this is all refundable once the dog is delivered. Then once they arrived in the state they said that I had to pay for a permit in order for the dog to be delivered to me and that was $800.00 to $1500.00 more. Then contact the lady and she said just pay it but I wouldn't and this is where it began. Her name is Brooks Kyle on facebook saying to pay her $400 for the dog in which I did as well so I'm out $1500.00 for this dog and I have filed a complaint with paypal, facebook and now you guys.... The name of her site on facebook is Free chihuahuas for adoption and Brooks Kyle.
