I ordered a product that cost $750 plus $30 shipping from a vendor in Colorado and paid for it with crypto currency. The seller shipped it through a delivery company named Global Mailing Express and it was marked as discreet. The delivery company notified me that in order to delivery the package I had to pay $500 for a "Cargo Insurance Fee Stamp" which I paid. I was then notified that now I had to pay a $800 fee for "Police Clearance Stamps". I did not pay this fee. Both fees are allegedly refunded by cash at time of delivery.
